“I first attended Dr Nikki Gulati's surgery about eleven years ago on the recommendation of a friend. For some time I had been concerned about the condition of my teeth. Although regularly attending a dentist and undertaking meticulous cleaning myself, they frequently bled and there were many infections. The previous dentist assured me no more could be done.

Nikki initially expressed considerable concern as to the condition of my teeth and later admitted she thought I was "beyond repair".
